60's disco
60’s Disco - Friday 18 June 8pm - Scout Hut, Banchory
This summer, a group of 25 young people from The Edge Youth Group from the West Church are going to Seattle to work with local young people in projects among the homeless and the needy in the inner city area. Although they will also have time off, the main aim is to serve others and, most nights, they will be sleeping on the floor of a church hall. The team are paying for their flights and have been fund raising for the trip – for example, car washing last weekend at the East Church – and they are organising a 60’s Disco on 18 June at the Scout Hut at 8pm.
